Your Wedding Invitations will be the first impression of your Wedding Day.
We
recommend ordering Invitations with us four to six months before the Wedding if
possible.
As far as sending out the Invitations, they need to be posted at least eight to twelve weeks before your Wedding Day.
As a rule of thumb give your guests four weeks to reply. This will allow enough time
for replies when calculating
the number of guests for the Wedding
Breakfast. Also, bear in mind that you won't need an invite for every guest,
as most will be either in couples or families. It may be a good idea to order a few extra for guests you may decide to invite later, and also, for any mistakes you may make if you are writing your own guest names on the invites.
Evening Invitations are an ideal
and personal way to invite guests who have not attended the Ceremony.
It's a good idea to send out Wedding and Evening Invitations at the same time so guests know clearly which
part of the wedding ceremony they are invited to.
Save the Date Cards
Sending out Save the Date Cards eight to twelve months before your Wedding informs your
guests that you have set your Wedding date and enables them to save the date on their calendar.
If your Wedding falls on a week day it allows your guest to arrange a days holiday from work.
